Sugarcane loader, also called sugar cane grab loader, sugarcane grabber machine, is usded to lift and move sugarcane from field to trailer. The harvested sugarcane will then be transported to the processing plant for further process.

The traveling chassis part is mainly composed of: front/rear axles, gearboxes, transmission shafts, and frame; this equipment is four-wheel drive (high horsepower), rear-wheel steering mechanism;

Whole sugarcane loader structure: The loader has a 360-degree infinite rotation mechanism, and there is no angle limit when working. The top of the frame is equipped with a slewing support. The slewing support is converted into mechanical energy through a hydraulic motor using a worm turbine to achieve rotation.

This KDSL9800 Sugarcane Loader uses diesel engine as the power source, imported variable plunger pump as the power source, imported multi-way reversing valve and buffer cylinder, and China famous hoses and joints as the executive parts.

The intake mode of the diesel engine is a dual filtration mode, which is more suitable for working in harsh environments.
