HZS90 90m3 Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant is a full automatic concrete plant with IPC control system. HZS90 concrete plant for precast concrete is used for big project to supply high quality concrete for construction or for ready mix factory to sell high grade ready mixed concrete.

Aggregate feeding method: Belt conveyor

The theoretical productivity is 90m3 per hour.

JS1500 twin shaft concrete mixer (or Sicoma 1.5m3 concrete mixer) is used to provide 1.5m3 output capacity per batch.

Normal Aggregate batching machine or Underground aggregate hopper is supplied according to the aggregate feeding method of the worksite. 2 to 5 aggregate hoppers can be chosen according to the demand.

Generally 4 to 6 sets of 100ton cement silos are equipped with the 90m3 ready mix concrete mixing plant.
