KEENDEC 4CBM self loading concrete mixer truck combines the function of concrete mixer, loader and concrete mixer truck, it can load and discharge materials automatically. The self falling drum mixer greatly save the mixing and transportation time, and ensure the mixing quality.
Introduction of 4000 self loading concrete mixer
The drum is a mixing and loading container for concrete. When rotating, the concrete moves along the spiral direction of the blades. The mixing drum of self loading concrete mixer 4000 rotates forward, and the concrete moves inward along the blades. When the material is discharged, the mixing drum reverses and the concrete is discharged outwards along the blades.
The excellent design of the screw pitch and the number of blade turns ensures the mixing and discharging performance. The mixing quality of self loading concrete mixer 4 cu.m is good, and the discharging speed is fast. The blade has good wear resistance and long service life.
The enlarged water tank of self loader 4000 can supply enough water during mixing. It doesnot need to connect an external water source to stir.
The 4cu.m self loading mobile concrete mixer is equipped with electronic weighing system. Operator can check the real-time data in the cabin easily.

- With accurate loader weighing system, every bucket of material is accurately weighed;
- The water pump and water meterof 4m3 self loader mixer supplies the required water or additive to the mixing drum;
- The mixing drum of 4cbm self loading concrete mixer mixers all materials uniformly;
- After the 4.0m3 self loading concrete mixer arrives the worksite, reverse the drum, and 270degree rotating the drum to unload the concrete to the right place.
