YHZS25 25M3 small mobile concrete batching plant is a fully automatic concrete plant with PLC control system. Because it uses JS500 concrete mixer and the productivity is 0.5m3 500 Liters per batch, it is callesd half cubic meter mobile batching plant.

25CBM mobile readymix plant is used for temporary construction projects, roads with long lines, high-speed rail projects, and projects with insufficient construction space. The mobile plant can be used for personal use or for renting.

Product introduction of JS500 25m3 mobile batch plant:

Aggregate feeding method: Belt conveyor or lifting hopper; Belt conveyor is porpularly used for the 25m3 Mobile Batching Plant to convey stones and sands to the mixer.

The theoretical productivity is 0.5cubice meter per batch, 25m3 per hour.

Mixer model: JS500 twin shaft concrete mixer (or 500Liters planetary concrete mixer) is used to provide 0.5m3 output capacity per batch.

Aggregate batching machine: According to the project requirement, 2 to 4 aggregate hoppers can be chosen for the 25cbm mobile batch plant.

Weighing scale: Aggregate weighing belt, cement/water/additive weighing hopper are equipped with the machine.

Cement storage bin: Normal vertical bolted type cement silo (30-200tons) or horizontal cement silo (50-60tons) can be used with the portable half cubic concrete mixing plant.

Discharging height: Common discharging height is 3.8m for mixer truck, if using concrete pump or small dump truck or others to collect concrete, the discharging height will be designed accordingly.

Control room: A small control room is installed on the plant shelf. It can be disassembled when transportation.

Control system: Automatic control panel or PC control system is provided for the 25cubic meter mobile batching plant.

Chassis: Strong structure shelf and chassis are used for the mobile plant. The tyres are truck tyres, suitable for highway driving.

Traction: There is a traction pin on the plant, the pin size can be customized according to destination tractor requirement. Whole YHZS25 mobile concrete plant is easy to disassemble and towed by tractor from one place to another.
