180cbm concrete batching plant is a full automatic concrete plant with IPC control system. HZS180 concrete plant is used for big project to supply high quality concrete for construction or for ready mix factory to sell high grade ready mixed concrete.

Aggregate feeding method: Belt conveyor

The theoretical productivity is 180m3 per hour.

JS3000 twin shaft concrete mixer (or Sicoma 3m3 concrete mixer) is used to provide 3m3 output capacity per batch.

Normal Aggregate batching machine or Underground aggregate hopper is supplied according to the aggregate feeding method of the worksite. 2 to 5 aggregate hoppers can be chosen according to the demand.

Generally 6 to 8 sets of 100ton cement silos are equipped with the 180m3 concrete mixing plant.
