Mobile concrete plant is a portable concrete batching plant. It can be tracted by a truck to move from one worksite to another.
Concrete mixer, cement/water/additive weighing hopper, aggregate batching machine, weighing and transportation belt, control room and control system are concentrated together for easy moving.
Generally one chassis is used for the portable batching plant.
The tyres of the plant are truck tyres. They can be run on high way without any problem.
The mobile mixing plant aggregate hopper can be made to 2-4 according to the aggregate numbers.
The plant can be matched with horizontal silos or cement hopper for better movement.
No foundation is needed.
The discharging height of mobile concrete plant can be customized to 3.8m or others.
Control system is fully automatic with siemens PLC. Computer control system can be provided as well.
