Stabilized Soil Mixing Station (Pug mill) is an automatic continuous mixing plant used to mix base and subbase materials for all kinds of roads, railways, airports and other traffic engineering projects. 

KEENDEC whole stabilized soil cement mixing plant includes continuous twin shaft mixer, aggregate storage bins, cement silo, conveying machine, finished product bin, metering system, control system. Stabilized soil materials include lime, cement, coal ash, soil, sand, and other aggregates.

All materials will be loaded into the mixer after weighing by the equipped weighing system (Aggregates uses weighing belt,  powders uses screw conveyor weighing scale) , they will be well mixed by a continuous mixing machine and conveyed to a finished product hopper by a conveying belt, and then transported to the work site by trucks.

There are two types of pug mill: the portable stabilized soil mixing plant and the stationary stabilized soil mixing plant.

All machines of the portable stabilized soil mixing plant are integrated into a transportation unit. The whole portable stabilized soil mixing station can be assemble, disassemble and transport easily. It can be easily moved by a truck. And the plant does not need foundation, it can work on a flat compacted ground.

The stationary stabilized soil cement mixing plant needs foundation to install, the stationary pug mill is not as easy as portable plant to move. But the productivity is bigger than portable plant and generally used for medium and big project.
