The self loading in–transit mixers is divided into three parts: Mechanical structure, hydraulic transmission and walking system

• Mechanical structure system

This system is composed of chassis, drum, inlet and unloading trough. There is the joystick at the side of chassis (joystick connected with distributor), operating the joystick to rotate the drum for loading or discharging the material.

• Hydraulic transmission system

This system is composed of hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic motor, distributor, gear pump and a lot of pipe. The motor can work through the hydraulic system oil pressure to rotate the drum, so that the concrete will be not precipitate segregation.

The machine hydraulic system of Keenguard mobile self loading concrete mixer truck can work continuously in the ambient temperature of more than 40 ºC.

• Walking system
