Introduction of Concrete mixer with pump

The mixing pump combines concrete pump and beton mixer together to produce and pump concrete to the high place or long place required. It is popularly used in some small and medium construction projects or Suburban housing/road/Water Conservancy construction Project. 

According to clients’ demand, different types of mixers are used with mobile concrete trailer pumping machine.

Portable mixing pump diesel and Beton mixing pump electric are available.

Productivity includes 30 cubic meters and 40 cubic meters per hour.

This pump mixer can convey 30-40mm aggregates, it is suitable for commercial concrete conveying.

Concrete mixers pump working procedure 

Lifting hopper loads the cement, aggregates to the mixing drum; Water pump supplies water to the drum;

The materials stir through self-falling function;

After mixing well, reverse the drum, the concrete will be discharged from the outlet to the pump receiving hopper;

Beton pump conveys the concrete to the place through pipes.  

After finishing working, use water to clean the mixing drum, pump hopper and hoses.

Concrete mixing pump machine function

A small control box and remote control with wire will be equipped for easy operation, only one person is needed to supervise equipment operation and control the operation steps; It greatly saves labor force and improves the construction work efficiency. The remote control ensures the safety of the operators.
